Merry Christmas Y'all

Almost reaching the end of the year. The year literally glided right pass us.
I want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas. Hope you are all spending it with your love ones.

My family and I celebrate Christmas on Christmas eve on the 24th, and stay up til 12 to open presents, its our ritual that we do for years. However, it is Christmas Day now, and i round up waking up at 1pm feeling shit, at home, because everywhere else is closed. Im literally sitting here, with my coke zero and red rock deli chips, mumbling out Christmas carols. I dont have any plans til tonight

Yesterdays weather is so nice. Finally a hot day in ages. It really did make it feel like an Australian Christmas.

Young, Wild & Free

So... where to start? Monday was a pretty wild day.
Had a celebration of my birthday with my friends.

To begin the day we went to Yumcha for brunch. Then headed off to parra westies and wondered around for a few hours. At 3, we all met up at the station and headed back to my place. While walking back home, it started sprinkling, than in a split second later, buckets started pouring down. It was torture at the time, but when i think about it now, its pretty hella funny. It always happens to rain on my birthday, this has got to be the second consecutive year. Got home, dried up, slipped on comfortable clothes and chilled out.

For dinner, we had lasagne, pasta, salad and garlic bread.
Once it got dark, Christmas lights were on, candle lights were lit, and secrets were shared.
We watched a chickflick while dipping fondue.
Snacked on sushi.
And ended the day with a crying session.
Can i say , it was a very interesting day/night.

Unlucky me, Leyla stayed for the night.
Spent another interesting day with her.
Woke up, went for coffee. Had lunch. Made cookies. And watched a movie.
Quick story: When walking home from cheso square, Leyla an I were getting super paranoid about getting grabbed. A black car with a man in it pull onto the side of the road to were we were walking. We tried to look ugly as possible. Leyla started to talk retarded and was limping, I turned to Leyla and said "So, the doctors just told me i have AIDS", the car drove off. Coincidence.
When taking photos, cars would not stop beeping their horns. One car actually stopped to pose for a picture. Oh my gosh, A white van pulled over to my house, Leyla and I was shitting our selves for a second. Turns out, it was the deliveryman needed to give me a package.
And some morning webcam shots, while waiting for others to arrive.

Its An Annual Thing

I am oddly hungry at the moment. While typing this blog, i am getting the powdery stuff of the cheese and bacon balls all over my keyboard.

Today is my actual birthday, and it always happens to land on the last day of school. Wow, can you believe it, I am 15. Its the age that I have been dreading, I always thought to myself that "15" sounded like a bad age. And now that i am 15, my perspective has not changed. The only plus side is that i can legally watch an MA15+ movie.  Earlier, i celebrated it with my mother's side of the family, today, with my father's side, and soon, with my lovely friends.

I did go to the last day of school, and why not? Its much more lonely at home. Last day of school is to muck about and say last goodbyes.
I would like to thank a lot of people, especially my friends who had made today more special than any other day. Thanks for the gifts an i appreciate every single one of them, even though it's something as simple as a hug.

At some certain age, adults will stop buying you actually present presents, and will start giving you an envelope of cash or a gift card. Which, i guess, is pretty hella awesome.
Do continue to scroll down if you would want to see what i received today.
By the way, RAYMOND DUONG, your macarons were so amazing, I ate them all, and in conclusion i dont have a picture of them. My apologies.
Ps. i did not include the envelopes of cash or gift cards.
As soon as i got home, I was to drop everything and try it on/ and officially open my presents. While dad was eating the left over cake my friends got me. Btw, me and my father share the same birth date, so its my father's bday too.
I may be missing a few cards in this shot. Because a found another bunch hidden somewhere after i took this photo, well, after i cleaned up the mess. Thank you for those who gave me one.

Annual haircut

Hello my darlings,Sorry for not posting something up for exactly 6 weeks.
No, I haven't given up on blogging just yet.

Yesterday was 11/11/11, I don't know whats so special about it, except that its a palindromic number. Isn't everyday a special day? However, i just went with it. And missed 11:11am, so i couldn't make my wish. On 11/11/11, I can imagine, so many people coupling up so they can have a special date to remember. What was most memorable for me, was the start of my yearlies exams.

The weather has been a great bitch to Sydney. Blazing hot days, and stormy nights. I can be a bit melodramatic, and pretend I'm walking through the safari desert (when I'm actually walking home from school), moving in slow motion, with heat waves squiggling around me, and I'm drying up into a sultana. Even though it adds 4 extra minutes to my journey home, I always try and walk with as much shade as possible. I tan up, real easy.

So right now, I'm waiting for my food poisoning to act up. The other day, I made myself an amazing sandwich. Chicken, cheese, you name it. As always I would cut my sandwiches in half, and eat it. So, that's what happened. With great satisfaction after finishing  my first piece, I picked up the second piece that was ready to be eaten, to noticed that there's mould on the friggen bread. My gosh, the feeling is like, biting into an apple, then noticing that there's half a worm left. AND also today, ordered a peal milk tea. Usually is it creamy and sweet, right? Why did my one tasted like sour ass?

Okay, long story short. Woke up this morning, my hair was pissing me off, so I got it cut. My exams are on, rather than wasting time every morning trying to make this disaster of a mess "work", i could be revising my notes. It was about time I got it cut, last time i cut it was... valentines day. I got 3 different hair dressers working on my hair, have you ever heard of the saying "too many chefs will spoil the broth"? They were hovering all around me, moving about, stepping over me. It literally looked like they were giving me a lap dance. My hair feels much more healthier now. Its always best to cut of your split ends.

Hope you like it,
