P Party

Nothing is better then staying at home on a cold rainy day. All you can hear is the gentle pitter patter of the rain, while your wearing comfy doesn't matter how i look like clothes.

Most of this week is nothing but dark mornings, clouds, and buckets and buckets of ice cold rain. Every single morning i wake up with the thought "I think I'm going to skip school today", but after laying in bed for an extra 5 minutes or so, i build enough courage to get out of bed. My friends and goals are the only motivation I have.

Today, my day went by so slowly. Just wanted to go home and take a hot shower and attend Leyla's P party. Theme parties always make it a little more interesting and exciting. This P party had a dress code of Pjs, and severed food starting with P. Only the closest friends were invited, parties like this, people don't have to dress to impress, act different or anything. Just your 100% self.

Typical girls, we watched a chick flick, white chicks. While eating dinner, which was Pasta and Pizza.

For three hours, in dim light we all sat down, surrounded in pillows and talked. At first we played "I never" to lighten up the mood, crack some jokes, have some laugh, then we talked about confessions and really serious stuff. I do really feel closer to my friends even more ( if that's even possible). In the end, had a great time. Just laying around, talking, eating and eating and talking, very enjoyable.

Again, happy birthday Leyla. ifly

BBQ

Went to a BBQ today. My typical life full of imperfections and unluckiness, brought me dull cloudy cold windy weather. But not one drop of rain fell down while we were out.

So, i wouldnt say it was the best BBQ, or the best time of my life. A barbie planned by guys in my grade, when it comes to what to bring, and what not to bring, they have no idea. This BBQ had oddly a large number of meat and drinks. Wheres the salad, chips are junk food? They were lacking equipment and needed someone to run to woollies and get it. You know, I had just stepped foot out of the house ready to go until i got a phone call telling me to bring oil. How can you forget oil?

Either then that, it was a fun time, minus the cold weather.

By the BBQ conversations are the best. Honestly.
All huddling around the BBQ, cracking jokes while grilling meat, guys are playing footy/soccer (i cant tell the difference), conversations while bush walking, bike riding and couples cuddling. Love that atmosphere.

On the down side, it was really cold and the BBQ smell is still lingering me even though i have already showered. Funny story: Our BBQ grill got really dirty with all this burn crap stuck on it, and how did we cleaned it? With Pepsi. Though, we couldn't clean it properly and hid the evidence with foil.

What i wore:
Top: Mum's
Skirt: gift
Boots: God knows
Belt: bardot
Kinda revealing shirt: PRICELESS

Moustache

I am very much sleep deprived, last night i remember getting up to blow my nose and checking the clock and it was 5:58am. When i actually did fall half asleep, it was time for me to get up.

Went parra with two of my friends.  Really dont want to bore you so lets make this quick:
  • Met up at a bookstore. A wise person told me that a bookstore is a good place to meet up because it wouldn't seem awkward wondering around, it would just simply look like your looking for books.
  • Went to Max Brenners. And always afterwards, you get sick of chocolate.
  • Shopped around
  • Had lunch at iconic cafe, we had nice salads and nice iced beverages to clear out the chocolate.
  • Shopped around
  • Went to cheso square to ... stalk someone (Shh)
  • And back to my place, and did crazy shit.
The whole day, i felt so incomplete because i left my phone at home. The whole day, my friends teased me about having a thing for birds, JUST because i wore a bird necklace ONCE.
And last, the whole day, we were looking for feather earings, or anything feathery. Again, i don't have a thing for birds.
One of the items we bought stupidly was moustaches. Its not something you would see everyday, so why not? Originally there is a pair of each moustache style, but I halved it with Leyla. They were from city beach, just in case u wanted them too.
Too much chocolate+ Moustaches = Boganous pictures.
We took these pictures on a dead street on my neighborhood. Though, once in a while a car would drive pass, and just stare, couldn't help it but put on a Mario accent and ask them whether they have found luigi. You may wonder why there was a random bunch of flowers, they were a gift for someone.

And trust me, we were not drunk.

    What i wore:
    Top: Dotti
    Pants: Supre
    Cardigan: ValleyGirl
    Necklace: Diva
    Bracelet: Sportsgirl
    Shoes: Boots..... i dont remember

    Heavy Balls

One of those, "story of my life" blogs toady.
Maybe blogging a teeny bit more often, now that im on my winter holiday break.

First of all, to begin this blog. Lets talk about ten pin bowling. Do i like it? No, but i bowl occasionally, mostly when people have bowling parties. I'm not good at bowling at all. Even if its a light ball, the repetition of throwing the ball gets tiring. Sally and i, played bowling today, at some little boys birthday party. Of course she was better than me, thought first game was a total fluke because some how, i won, and that never happens. Id like to mention sally has her own bazaar way of playing. Imagine: Spreading your legs, holding the ball with your two hands, swinging it between your legs and actually getting strikes.

Later on, spontaneously went to Banks Centro. Finally got some photos developed to add to my wall collage master piece, as they all call it! Haha. We went there then most of the stores were closing down, i really hate it, when your in a store and they decide to close the shutters, it panics me, and i just think its a nicer way of telling us to "get the hell out, we are closing BITCH". Went to dusk God i love that store, and i haven't went there in ages. My main shopping centre is Parramatta, but the dusk store in Parra westfields has turned into a bloody "SpecSavers". I swear, if tree of life closes down, I'm throwing a protest party.

Lastly, to end the day. Headed back to sally's and we literally.... DANCED. (she taught me this really slutty dance). Got tired, laid in bed together (don't take it the wrong way) and went through this really creative book on secrets. Really love it. Just a thought, but i think giving someone a book as a gift is brilliant. Its sweet, and sentimental because you put your time and effort picking out this one special book for them, it would mean that you know them well enough to know what they are into, you know?
