Straightener and the Flat iron. Who had invented such a magnificent creation? I offer you my ovaries.

GHD is the best straightener out. I have been through a lot of straighteners and settled down on the GHD.  I am a heavily straightener user, and i literally can not go out without using it. Because i have such wavy/curly hair and its layered its all everywhere and that's why i avoid rainy days. I pretty much envy girls that own easy maintained hair, that can just shower in the morning and go to school while their hair is still wet.

At the moment, I'm using the GHD dark, a limited edition. And it had lasted me a good two years, and its starting to wear out. And lately been looking for another one (online) and somehow everything links to Youtube :S

 

 

Earth hour

Yesterday, was my sisters 16th. We went to city cruising on a vintage boat. It was useless to get all dressed up, because since it was rather a small boat, the girls weren't aloud to wear heels so they gave us old blue canvas to wear, they ran out of canvases by the time they got to me, so pretty much i was stumbling all over the place.

After dinner, just hanged around, in the city, went to play pool, got kicked out half way because i was underage, which really sucks. Went to capital theater, for ice cream at passion flower. My most favorite place, which i think has the best green tea ice cream. Then went it got a bit later, headed down to the red-light district, Kings cross, and saw a prostitute. Just spot for a girl standing by her self, in very exposed mesh clothing.


Earth hour was that night, and i really appreciate the people who attended.

How It Really feels

For all you haters out there, right now would be a good time to punch me in the face.

Today i went to the dentist up in Blacktown to get two of the teeth pulled out for my braces. The orthodontist gave me an option to either pull out four teeth, or wear expanders for 4-6 months. My opinion, an extra 4-6 month of suffer? I rather just take a shot and PULL them OUT! getting a tooth pulled out is on my list of "things i must do before i die". Ive asked many people how it feels when i tooth is taken out, and all their stories are different, I'm human and I'll tell you how it really is.

My story:
Sitting far back, hiding behind those shades, i was a bit scared, but at the same time excited. The typical dentist told me to relax, if i was anymore relax i would be dead. He sanitized my gums, and took out the needle of anesthetic. SERIOUSLY injecting the needle hurts, as if a bull ant biting. The numbness just starts to spread, spread like cancer. And i think i got a total of 3 needles. He told me to rinse out my mouth, already there was blood. I laid back, the dentist asked if i was ready. Oh hell yeah, Im fully tabully ready. And pulled two tooth out, and i didn't feel a thing. It doesn't hurt. Now I'm stuck with this numb face with bleeding gums. My supportive father repaired duck soup for me.

Wish me luck, i have to go through that again.

So, whats happening?

Fall has just arrived, and I'm trying to stock up for winter. Scarves, coats and jackets. Some of you may already know, I'm hating on jeans, i think I'm living on stockings and boots this winter.

My school life, which i dont enjoy talking  about very much:  
Yesterday, I had an excursion, which i loved. We went to Sydney University  to watch "Romeo and Juliet". Uni, is a must for me, the atmosphere and seeing young people in mufti, pretty much gets me all hyped up. Just another three years to go. 

And for tomorrow, is a pretty big deal for everyone. Photo day.  One split second, and your photo will be like that forever. Advice? 

• Girls, fussy about their hair, wake up early and shower. 
• Girls who always straighten their hair, straighten your hair before you sleep, and touch it up in the morning. 
• You don't want to look like your constipating when your actually smiling. So practice your smiling in front of a mirror.
• For single portrait shots, blot/powder your face so it wont turn up shiny.

The beautiful Fall

The start of fall, my favorite season. Then spring, winter and summer. Summer is only exciting because it's my birthday. Either than that, its just hot, hot, and boiling.

So, what has Loan been doing on the weekends? A typical Asian i am. I always start my Saturday morning by waking up and going to tutor. Then went to black-town to go to the dentist and shop. Funny thing is that black-town does have a fair amount of black people. I finally got some photos developed and stuck it on my wall, trying to create some sort of collage, which will turn out nicer when there's more photos, right now it just looks like failed art. 

I designed my pencil case with my left over pyramid studs which i had found. And it hurt a lot, but worth it. These studs are awesome, anything plain and need some oomph. Pyramid studs! Which i got on Ebay for roughly 10 dollars for 100 or so.I got my pencil case from "Typo" for a good three dollars, which my friend laughed about. But i bought it because it was transparent, and I liked it.

Also I was organizing my pictures into folders this weekend, and found some photos when I was in over in the states. It was the time when i went on one of those ferries that you drive your car onto. And there was like seagulls attacking you, and shitting on cars. once you get across the water, you land in a clover field, that apparently has a missing tiger running around the place.  It was getting dark, and it was so pretty.
