The last of it

Sunday morning.I'm very sleep deprived at the moment.I'm trying building up my tiredness for tonight so I can get a good long sleep for school. Speaking of school, I'm starting tomorrow, and been dreading it ever since the beginning of this holidays. This holidays, was well spent. I am living on exactly $8.60, which is great, i can use it to buy tomorrow's lunch. Back to school habits, means living on a sandwich the whole day. How exciting.

Way to spend the last weekend of freedom, with rain. Gotta love indoor rainy days.

I spent my Saturday at a place were all ladies hang out--> in the kitchen. (gee a suckish sexist joke) With Leyla, we made chocolate macarons and chocolate dipped strawberries. Our very first batch of macarons. I say, we did pretty darn well. No dissing, but maybe we could have done better on the piping.

We planned to make two batches of macrons, Chocolate & strawberry. But we only made chocolate. Trust me, macarons are alot of work, and are very time consuming. I can see why they are so pricey, and also i realized that 2/3 of a macaron is just sugar. The chocolate strawberries were a last minute thing. It was hella fun. And since i feel like gloating, the better looking strawberries are done by me. (yeah , Leyla is going to kill me)

And of course, shall i end the blog with a photo montage of "what the heck" looking photos. Maybe we got carried away with the flour, lipstick and eyeliner. But the skirt aprons were just plain awesome. 

 

Anywho, the sun it out. I am going to spend the last few hours of my holidays well. Bye
